George is a volunteer radio presenter on 102.6 Sine FM in Doncaster, Yorkshire, UK. He loves a wide range of music genres and has been presenting on Sine FM for over 14 years. His early introduction to popular music was listening to the pop pirate radio stations in the 1960s.

His journey with Sine FM began in 2008 when he studied music and broadcasting at Higher Rhythm Ltd (Sine FM's parent company).

He presented the Flying High vocal trance music radio show for 14 years (2009-2023) and now presents his regular show called Synthwave+.

The Synthwave+ show is aired on a Saturday afternoon 5.00 pm - 6.00 pm (UK). Playing a selection of synthwave, retrowave, darkwave, synthpop, italo disco, chillwave, cyberpunk, theatrical synthwave and many other associated genres.

George also occasionally presents additional shows covering a wide range of genres including: deep house, house, clubland classics, pop and disco.

At the start of the Covid pandamic here in the UK, George produced and presented the Sine FM daily Coronavirus (Covid-19) news and information bulletin update for Doncaster. Gathering information from a wide range of sources he prepared a news bulletin to inform his local community about help and support available. The bulletin was broadcast weekday mornings for 11 weeks from Monday 01 April 2020 to Friday 19 June 2020.

During the Doncaster Museum 1914-1918 exhibition - Keep The Home Fires Burning, George was the voice of soldier Arthur Eden, reading one of his letters home to his mother at the Listening Post feature.

George has also been out and about in the Sine FM community area to record interviews and produce short information pieces and voice-overs for broadcast. He uses a Zoom H5 digital audio recorder and various additional items of audio equipment and software including the Reaper DAW, that he hopes one day he will fully master!
